orders and payment
we accept all major cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal!
our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, so once your order is placed, we’re unable to cancel the order or make edits to the items and/or shipping details :( so please make sure to double check your info before placing your order!
if your order hasn’t shipped yet and you made a mistake or ran into an issue while placing it, email us as soon as possible at hello@latenightepiphanies.com with your order details. please use your order number as the subject line: “Help with Order #123.” we’ll do our best to help, but keep in mind that we can’t guarantee any changes once an order has been placed.
if your order has already shipped and you need to update the shipping address, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier! keep in mind that any address changes may cause delays and could result in extra fees, which would need to be paid directly to the carrier.
your order will usually ship within 2-3 business days of being received, excluding weekends and holidays. sometimes it can take a bit longer, so please allow up to 4 business days for orders to be processed before shipping!
as soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking information. it may take a few hours for tracking updates to appear after a shipping label is created. be sure to check it regularly for updates!
while we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, shipping delays can sometimes happen, and unfortunately, we can’t control carrier delays :(
we currently don't accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations :(
all purchases are considered final and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or an incorrect product was sent.
we want you to love your order! so if you received a damaged or incorrect item and your order wasn’t covered by Route Package Protection, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it. email us at hello@latenightepiphanies.com with your name, order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
if your order arrived damaged and was covered by Route, please file a claim directly with them here. make sure to take photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in to include in your claim.

shipping
we currently ship to all 48 states in continental USA. we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses. but, we’re working on expanding soon!
if we don’t currently ship to your location and you’d love to play the LNE Card Game, fill this out and we’ll let you know as soon as we do!
we offer standard shipping (3-7 business days) for $5.95! we pack and ship orders within 2–3 business days. once it's out, delivery takes 3–7 business days, pending any carrier delays. business days don't include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
make sure you provide an accurate address when placing your order. once your order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes to the items or shipping details, so please double check your info before placing your order!
we ship orders Monday through Friday. orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day!

if your order is undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, email us at hello@latenightepiphanies.com for help in reshipping your order :) keep in mind that the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
help with your order
once you receive your shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, it may take up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. if it says 'label created,' it just means we’ve prepped it, but it hasn’t been scanned by the carrier yet.
if your tracking number hasn’t updated after this time, email us at hello@latenightepiphanies.com with your order number, and we’ll look into it for you! please use your order number as the subject line: “Help with Order #123.”
carrier delays and mix-ups can happen :( sometimes, carriers mark a package as 'delivered' when it’s actually still on the way. in most cases, it shows up within 4 business days, so keep an eye out! in the meantime, here’s what we recommend:
- check around your delivery location. sometimes packages get left in unexpected spots
- ask neighbors or building staff in case it was received on your behalf
- check with your local post office. some packages get held if they couldn’t be delivered directly
if your order still hasn’t arrived after 4 business days and you purchased Route Package Protection, please file a claim here.
if you didn't opt for Route, please send us an email with your name and order number to hello@latenightepiphanies.com, and we’ll help you figure out the next steps! please use your order number as the subject line: “Help with Order #123.”
please note: LNE is not liable for lost or missing packages that are marked as 'delivered' by the carrier. if you believe your package was misdelivered or stolen, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping provider for further assistance!
this means the carrier tried to deliver your package but wasn’t able to. this can happen for a few reasons, like a locked gate, no safe place to leave it, or a signature being required.
sometimes they don’t leave a notice, which we know can be confusing. we recommend checking your tracking link for the next steps or contacting your local post office to reschedule delivery or arrange a pickup.

this means your package is available for pickup at your local post office. this usually happens when a delivery attempt was made but couldn’t be completed.
if you received a delivery notice, make sure to follow the instructions there. if not, we recommend contacting your local post office so you understand the steps to pick up your package. keep in mind that if the package isn’t picked up within a certain timeframe (usually 5–15 days, depending on the service), it may be returned to us, so be sure to grab it in time!
carriers usually attempt three deliveries before returning a package to the sender. if your order was marked as 'return to sender,' it’s likely due to multiple failed delivery attempts, or an invalid or incomplete address.
we recommend contacting the shipping carrier as soon as possible to confirm your address and understand why your package was undeliverable!
if your order was returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, email us at hello@latenightepiphanies.com for help with reshipping! please use your order number as the subject line: “Help with Order #123.” keep in mind that any additional shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.

if your order hasn't arrived and was covered by Route Package Protection, you can file a claim here to get a replacement or refund.
if you didn’t opt for Route, we’re unable to replace lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as delivered :( we recommend:
- filing a claim with the carrier. sometimes they can help track it down!
- checking with your local post office or neighbors in case it was misdelivered.

route package protection
Route is a package protection service that covers your order if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. we know how frustrating and annoying shipping issues can be, so we’ve partnered with Route to make sure you’re covered :)
at checkout, you’ll find an option to check out with or without coverage. if you choose to check out with coverage, your order will be protected, and it’ll appear as a separate item in your order summary.
Route covers your order for loss, damage, or theft. if something happens to your package, Route’s support team can either replace it or issue a refund, whichever you prefer! claims are usually reviewed and processed within 1-2 business days.
refunds: when refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal, shipping, and taxes. the Route cost won't be refunded.
reorders: Route will reorder the items, depending on in-stock availability. Route will cover the cost of any reorders including shipping, taxes, and Route Package Protection. unavailable items will be refunded.
if you check out with coverage, you'll receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a claim. you can also file a claim here or on Route’s app.
to file a claim, you'll need your order number and the email address that was attached to the order. claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days after being submitted.
keep in mind that claims can only be submitted if Route Package Protection was added at checkout!
marked as delivered (stolen)
claims will be reviewed between 5 and 30 days from the delivery date. Route requires a 5-day wait-to-file period for stolen orders, as packages are sometimes marked “delivered” but still end up arriving.
stuck in transit (lost)
claims will be reviewed between 7 and 30 days from the last tracking update. Route requires a 7-day wait-to-file period for lost orders as packages are sometimes delayed in transit, but do often show up.
damaged orders
claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery and require photos of both the packaging and the damaged item(s).
