we currently ship to all 48 states in continental USA. we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses. but, we’re working on expanding soon!

if we don’t currently ship to your location and you’d love to play the LNE Card Game, fill this out and we’ll let you know as soon as we do!

we offer standard shipping (3-7 business days) for $5.95! we pack and ship orders within 2–3 business days. once it's out, delivery takes 3–7 business days, pending any carrier delays. business days don't include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

make sure you provide an accurate address when placing your order. once your order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes to the items or shipping details, so please double check your info before placing your order!

your order will usually ship within 2-3 business days of being received! business days don't include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. sometimes it can take a bit longer, so please allow up to 4 business days for orders to be processed before shipping.

once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. it may take a few hours for tracking updates to appear after a label is generated. be sure to check it regularly for updates!

while we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, shipping delays can sometimes happen, and unfortunately, we can’t control carrier delays :(

our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, which means once your order is placed, we’re unable to cancel an order or make changes to the items and shipping details :(

so make sure to double check your info before placing your order!

if your order hasn't shipped yet, email us as soon as possible at hello@latenightepiphanies.com with your order details! please use your order number as the subject line: “Help with Order #123.” we’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee any changes once your order has been placed.

if your order has already shipped and you need to update the address, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier! keep in mind that any address changes may cause delays and could result in extra fees, which would need to be paid directly to the carrier.

if your order is undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, email us at hello@latenightepiphanies.com for help in reshipping your order :) keep in mind that the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

yes! we’ve partnered with Route to offer you extra protection for your order. Route’s package protection covers your shipment in case it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

at checkout, you’ll find an option to checkout with coverage or without coverage. if you choose to add it, your order will be covered, and it will appear as a separate item in your order summary. for more information on how Route works, check out our FAQs.

if your package was lost, stolen, or damaged, and you added Route at checkout, you can file a claim here!
