we currently don't accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations :(

unless your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, all sales are final and cannot be returned, canceled, or exchanged.

we want you to love your order, so if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

If you didn't add Route Package Protection:

if your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within seven (7) days of receiving it at hello@latenightepiphanies.com with:

  • your name and order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

please use your order number as the subject line: “Help with Order #123.” we’ll make sure you get the right order as soon as possible!

If you did add Route Package Protection:

if your order was lost, stolen, or damaged and you added Route Package Protection at checkout, please file a claim with the Route team here for quick assistance. for more information on how Route works, check out our FAQs.
