We currently don't accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations :( Unless your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, all sales are final and cannot be returned, canceled, or exchanged.
We want you to love your order, so if it arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please follow the steps below:
If you did add Route Package Protection:
If your order was lost, stolen, or damaged and you added Route Package Protection at checkout, please file a claim directly with the Route team here. For more details on how Route works, check out our FAQs.
If you didn't add Route Package Protection:
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within seven (7) days of receiving it at hello@latenightepiphanies.com with:
- Your name and order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
Please use your order number as the subject line: “Help with Order #123.”
We’ll review the issue within three business days and let you know if it qualifies. Each case is handled individually.
Note: Minor flaws that don’t affect gameplay may not be eligible.
If your order does qualify, we’ll provide the return address and next steps. You’ll need to ship the damaged or incorrect product back to us.
Please note:
- We do not provide return shipping labels. The cost of return shipping will be on you.
- Returns are only accepted if the item is in its original packaging and shows no visible signs of use.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process a replacement within 10 business days.
Please note: LNE is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit if Route wasn’t added at checkout.
